The speedo bolt is there and threads in. I m unsure of the rear busing and seal condition, I would personally replace it to start fresh be safe bet. This was removed from a running and driving 1984 Ford Mustang SVO. It got a quick clean and the threads inspected.

Be sure to LOOK at the photos closely make it will work for you. The top shiftier bolts look a little worn but hold fine. The mounting bolts chase fine with a snap on. I see no defects that would prevent this from being used.
